When you see M1 students, you will say: "sigh.. M1s these days..." M1 mAChR activation leads to stimulation of gastric acid secretion and reproductive system
When you see M2 students, you will fall in love with them because.... M2 mAChR activation leads to: 1) SAN leading to decreased heart rate 2) Decreased contractility of atria 3) Decreased conduction velocity and AV block at AVN
When you see M3 students, they look like that! M3 mAChR activation leads to 1) stimulation of constrictor pupillae muscle --> constriction of pupil 2) Contraction of ciliar muscle --> relaxation of lens 3) stimulation of exocrine glands and hence secretion (e.g. saliva) 4) activates bronchi smooth muscle --> airway constriction
