firstly, there was no mugging secondly, there was no PW thirdly, there was no STAR programme fourthly, there was TTBB but i CMI.. cos.... I went on a tour around Singapore with the new NJC scholars from Hwa Chong Boarding for half-a-day :)
The new NJC scholars include both PRC and Vietnamese students :) I signed up to be one of the group buddies, who will sort of lead them during the tour.. (but actually i didn't do much lah :)
We went to orchidville, where you will see nothing else except flowers and flowers :) nothing special.. though some of the flowers are really striking :)
then off we go to the NEWater plant.. yups.. i learnt the 4 main steps for NEWater production!!! ultrafiltration of used water, reverse osmosis, water conditioning, ultraviolet disinfection... yups... singapore is really clever in the sense that she really knows how to solve her problem and to suan malaysia for playing around the water price by drinking NEWater during the national day in 2003.. haha.. :)
crocodile farm was interesting.. saw gigantic crocos.. lying in ponds.. so lazy,,, they looked jurassic! haha.. but poor crocos.. will eventually end up their lives under the evil knife of the money-minded human beings as the crocos' skin were ripped off and are used for making bags and stuff.. yucks... why would they wanna do that!!!!!
made loads of new friends today :) think at least i noe who's wu di now :) thot he's a j2 but he's a j1.. why grow so tall? haha... the prcs made me feel like an acsian talking to hwachongians in chinese... i really need to brush up my chinese... Xu Lao Shi and Shen lao shi,, wo dui bu qi ni men!!!!
